Q: How does our “Subscription” order option work, and can it be canceled?
A: Our Subscription order option is there for your convenience. Subscription orders are billed and mailed every 30 days, beginning from the date of the initial order. If for some reason you wish to stop your subscription, just email us before the next bill date at [email protected] with the name and the subscription order that was placed. We will cancel future orders and confirm that by email to you.

A: Yes, today’s advances in skin patches have made it possible to deliver larger molecules through the skin. The drug is released slowly and steadily over a period of time, ensuring a constant level of the drug in the bloodstream. A: That’s the one question we can’t answer with any certainty as there are many factors to consider. A person’s age, health, and the severity of the condition, just to mention a few.
Q: Will the skin patches stay on if I shower, swim, or perspire?
A: Not likely. The adhesive used is a special transdermal adhesive that is not as strong a typical band-aid. In the event the patch falls off, just place some adhesive tape over it to complete the 8-hour application.
Q: Can I cut a skin patch in half to reduce the delivered dosage?
A: That is not recommended. As an alternative just keep the patch on for 4 hours instead of 8 hours.
Q: How are orders sent?
A: We mail all via US Priority Mail. Delivery is 2 to 3 days within the USA.

Q: Are some forms of Vitamin B12 better than others?
A: Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that is essential for many bodily functions,
including the production of red blood cells, DNA synthesis, and nervous system
function. The most common form of vitamin B12 available in supplements and fortified
foods is cobalamin. But, and it’s important, there is another form of vitamin B12, known
as hydroxy cobalamin or methyl cobalamin. Hydroxy Cobalamin is much more
expensive than commercially available cobalamin and for good reason, it is a much
higher level of quality, efficacy, and performance.

A: Why are our gummies better? The answer is Controlled 2-Step Time-Release! With molecular engineering, our research & development laboratory team has created gummies that deliver our powerful formulas in 2 steps.
Step 1 happens when the gummy is chewed in your mouth. Our controlled time-release allows some (not all) of the formula nutrient dosage to be absorbed through the thin oral mucous membranes under the tongue, thus bypassing the liver’s first-pass metabolism, for rapid delivery to the bloodstream.
Step 2 happens as the controlled time-release function moves most of the formula nutrient dosage through the digestive tract, first-pass liver metabolism, and on into the bloodstream.

A: Yes! All ingredients in our gummies are Vegan Certified.
