Why we started

In 1999, the supplement industry had a delivery problem. Products were formulated with promising ingredients but relied almost entirely on basic capsules and tablets — formats that compromised absorption, reduced bioavailability, and left real performance gains on the table.

Phase4 Pharmaceutical was founded in Plantation, Florida, with a single focus: build better ways to get active ingredients into the body. That meant investing in clean-room manufacturing, proprietary equipment, and a research-first approach long before it became an industry trend.

Twenty-five years later, we’re still independent, still Florida-based, and still more focused on what’s inside the product than what’s on the label.

Most supplement brands don’t make anything. They choose from a catalog of pre-made formulas, slap on a label, and ship. Phase4 is different — we are a manufacturer and R&D company first, brand second.

Our facilities are built around clean-room environments and proprietary delivery equipment. Every batch is produced in accordance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with quality controls at every stage from raw ingredient sourcing to final packaging.
