But what I do notice with the stack is my generalized joint soreness and sore muscles are much decreased especially after an active day. I don’t hobble across the room after waking up in the morning. With the AOD, I think, there has been a decrease in belly fat. I’m not a huge person, but little changes in waistline certainly make a difference in how my clothes fit.
